CAS-CAM/RF - COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEMS

In response to industry requirements for a safer, more productive and less stressful working environment when using heavy vehicles, earthmoving equipment and large mobile equipment, AMT has developed the COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM, CAS-CAM/RF®.

Colour video cameras with a high resolution LCD display unit and Radio Frequency transceivers have been integrated into a unique vehicle mounted collision avoidance system that provides advanced warning, automatic object detection and classification.

Using CAS-CAM/RF significantly improves mining operators safety performance and reduces maintenance and replacement costs.

DGS DDM-MECCA & DGS-HDD - DRILLING GUIDANCE SYSTEMS

Directional drilling technologies developed by AMT have played a major role in improving the effectiveness of mining and coal seam degasification in mines around the world. AMT’s DDM-MECCA has become the established industry standard for accurate placement of in-seam horizontal bore holes throughout the global coal mining industry.

The latest generation is AMT’s DRILL GUIDANCE SYSTEM® (DGS) which is suitable for both surface or underground drilling applications in both intrinsic safe and non-intrinsic safe configurations.

This advanced steering system not only provides significantly more data but is designed to enable flexibility and a path into the future with an architecture that is very suitable for expansion.
